Q: Where should i start when buying a property?
A: 1. First is to identify the area you are interested in then sort more information from us as the agent before doing the due diligence on legitimacy and so on.

Q: When and how should I conduct due diligence?
A: Once you identify your preferred property, you obtain a copy of title and apply for search in the respective Land Registry.
Q: What next after i obtain a clean search?
A: Once the Search is corresponding with the title and free from encumbrances, you can draw an agreement for sale and pay a 10% deposit to the advocate’s clients account.
Q: When should i pay the balance?
A: Once you pay the deposit, the vendor should apply for a Consent to sell from the “Land Control Board” if it’s agricultural land. When the vendor obtains it, s/he should give it to the advocate to enable transfer of land and the purchaser should pay the balance to the advocate’s client account
Q: What other fees am i supposed to pay?
A: The purchaser shall pay stamp duty and registration fee to enable successful transfer.
Q: When should the money be released to the vendor?
A: Once you obtain a title under your name, you authorise release of funds to the vendor
